Family Picture Outting

I think this must have been one of the most enjoyable family picture events we've ever had. Maybe it was because it was a patient friend behind the lens, maybe because we made it a 1/2 day event so we weren't trying to capture the perfect shot in 10 minutes or less. Maybe the kids were just amazingly cooperative for once.

It was fun to wander the grounds of Mount Vernon and just smile between exploring and playing. Again, Rebekah worked a miracle. It makes me realize how much I love where our family is at right now--three little girls--I couldn't be happier!

Sit back and relax...if you know anything about me it's that I believe that there are never too many pictures in one post!!!

I am totally laughing at myself, I've checked your blog so many times hoping to see these promised pictures, but thought the header about the girls was always the most recent post. Tonight I scrolled down and found - new posts! How fun to catch up on your summer. I'm so glad your mom got to spend some extra time with you and your cute family. The family pictures are gorgeous, and take heart with the stubborn kiddo - you are not alone and I sometimes think that "normal" tasks are the most likely for a power struggle. Who fights a surprise or an adventure? Looks like you're doing a fabulous job, just like you always do!
